Auke Rienks retires after 34 years of leading Laude

After nearly 34 years at Laude, our Managing Director, Auke Rienks, is preparing to take the next step in his life’s journey.

As of April 1st, he will step down from his role and begin enjoying a well-deserved retirement together with his wife. While he looks forward to this new chapter, he will certainly miss the dynamics of the business and the daily interactions with colleagues.

His successor, Jan Mulder, has already been appointed and started in his new role on March 1st. With over 27 years of experience at Laude, beginning as Production Manager and later advancing to Director of Business Development, he brings extensive knowledge and dedication. Laude is in good hands, and there is full confidence that he will continue to lead the company with the same passion and commitment.

Auke expresses his sincere gratitude to all colleagues for the great collaboration and inspiring conversations. He looks back on his time at Laude and Tetra Pak with deep appreciation, considering it a remarkable journey.

He wishes everyone the very best for the future and hopes that their paths will cross again.
